I have been professionally training for over 15 years. I am extremely knowledgeable regarding exercise physiology, which includes, but is not limited to: medical exercise therapy, sports rehab (post injury), preventive injury and cardiovascular conditioning.

There is more to working out than just sweating in the gym. Having a well thought out plan combining exercise and nutrition is essential for achieving your goals. As your personal trainer, I will chart your progress, analyze and design a custom tailored exercise program to fit your needs; seeing what works for you and what doesn't. Nutrition is just as important, up to 80% of your success in the gym is attributed to nutrition. Combining exercise and nutrition together, I will help you to achieve your desired results.

I have successfully delivered significant results to a variety of client types from beginner level to sport enthusiasts. I encourage a healthy lifestyle and strive to help others reach their fitness goals.

His experience extends from youth sports conditioning to senior adult exercise to enhance/improve activities for daily living. He personally played many organized sports including football, basketball (collegiate), volleyball, softball, baseball and recreational sports such as tennis and golf. He has trained himself and others over the years with extensive experience utilizing numerous exercise/weight-training equipment and aerobic exercise equipment.
